The Perfume Bible by Josephine Fairley and Lorna McKay

Yesterday I was in the book presentation "The Perfume Bible" by Josephine Fairley and Lorna McKay. It was a luxurious evening, with canapés, Prosecco and a lot of amazing perfumes to enjoy and discover!

Josephine and Lorna share a few curious perfume secrets...

You know that it's best if you keep your new perfume for a year before you open it? It's like a good wine, it's better if you let it rest before you use it!
Or that the purist let the perfume in the original box, in a place with no direct sunlight and in a constant temperature?
I was able to take a sneak peak of the Perfume Society magazine, to take you ever-deeper into the scented world, through interviews, news, features and much more...

The Perfume Bible has all the interesting information you always want to know about the scents in the world and in the end there's a list of the 100 perfumes you have to try before you die! You will have to buy it if you want to know more about it! :)
After this amazing evening they gave us a goodie bag with some creams and perfumes...

Thanks to You Magazine, Fenwick Newcastle and Josephine Fairley and Lorna McKay for this amazing evening!
